Bringing you an outdoor stairs circuit! This can of course be done using your stairs at home. I love being outdoors in summer time and soaking up any sun my pale skin can handle.
In this vlog I share a couple ways I detox throughout the day + some sweet drone footage, annnnnd maybe a crash. Oops.
STAIRS HIIT WORKOUT
ONE MINUTE STATIONS
- Side To Side Squats – 1 minute
- Stair Sprints – 1 minute
- Jump Squats – 1 minute
- Calf Raise – 1 minute
Simple and effective! REPEAT 4-5x or until you fall over.
