HI!
I wanted to share my first Vlog! If you aren’t familiar with Vlogging, it stands for Video Log. I live this balanced and healthy lifestyle and I want to show that through video as well as the blog. I think video is the best way to share ideas, tips, food ideas, workouts etc. I’m excited to get better at speaking to my phone and camera soon. 🙂 It will happen, stick with me.
Through Vlogging I’ll be able to share my lifestyle and hopefully inspire some of you to live a healthier, and active lifestyle!
