Happy Wednesday! I hope you had a great Fourth of July weekend!
I don’t know about you, but after that holiday I could use a good detox and an even better workout. This Vlog takes you through one of Minneapolis Fit Body Bootcamp’s summer outdoor workouts! On the 4th we went to Gold Medal Park and ran the hills.
Afterwards I did my own HIIT workout for you guys to try out. If you can, go outside and do this workout! The combination of the sun and heat make this even harder in the best way.
