Does anyone else need a re-boost after that long weekend?! I know I do. I was super active all weekend and ate relatively healthy. However, being in the sun hours upon hours left me sleeping at my desk this week.
So I pulled out whatever was in my fridge and freezer, (because going to the store would be way too much work at this point) and threw together this tropical smoothie.
Don’t let the word tropical throw you off. I’m not necessarily a huge fan of tropical flavors but I was feeling this one. Plus, who doesn’t love a smoothie when it’s 90 degrees? Am I right?
