    Hello!

    Love, love, love this video! I’ve done ACV shots before but never with the other ingredients. I tried yours this morning and I am fairly certain I didn’t have the correct measurement of each ingredient. Do you mind sharing how much of each I should add?

    Also, I’m going to buy Natural Calm and Bone Broth Protein. My digestive system is all over the place and I think these are just what I need! Thanks for sharing! ????

      I’m so glad you liked the video! The shot is kinda gross no matter what so I don’t measure but I have a good idea! Do 1-2 tablespoons ACV, 1/4 Tsp turmeric, 1/4 – 1/2 Tsp grated ginger, just a sprinkle of black pepper, a couple more tablespoons of water to dilute the ACV, juice of half a small lemon, (if your lemon is big you wouldn’t need the entire half), and I believe that’s all!! Let me know if I missed anything. 🙂 Have you tried the Calm or Bone Broth yet? Hope you feel better!!

    Love the video!! I have done the ACV shots when I was having a lot of sinus/ allergy issues, and it did wonders!! Definitely interested in the Bone Broth Protein, as I’m allergic to whey. Thanks for posting!
