I am all about balance with everything in life! I think to deprive yourself of the foods you love is the wrong approach to health and fitness. I really believe all things in moderation! No one is perfect, including myself and boy was that clear when I visited Jon’s family in Wisconsin. We had SO much fun but I ate a lot that I wasn’t used to eating. I needed a serious bounce back into health and balance.
In this video, I show you some things I eat and do in a day to get back on track! I wrote down five things to start doing,stop doing, and continue doing. Love, love, love this video! I’ve done ACV shots before but never with the other ingredients. I tried yours this morning and I am fairly certain I didn’t have the correct measurement of each ingredient. Do you mind sharing how much of each I should add?
Also, I’m going to buy Natural Calm and Bone Broth Protein. My digestive system is all over the place and I think these are just what I need! Thanks for sharing! ????
I’m so glad you liked the video! The shot is kinda gross no matter what so I don’t measure but I have a good idea! Do 1-2 tablespoons ACV, 1/4 Tsp turmeric, 1/4 – 1/2 Tsp grated ginger, just a sprinkle of black pepper, a couple more tablespoons of water to dilute the ACV, juice of half a small lemon, (if your lemon is big you wouldn’t need the entire half), and I believe that’s all!! Let me know if I missed anything. 🙂 Have you tried the Calm or Bone Broth yet? Hope you feel better!!
