Do you want workouts to lose belly fat at home.
Today I want to welcome you in my home to show you a cardio and core workout that had me feeling great and dripping in sweat.
Seriously, it was disgusting and awesome. This circuit consists of 6 exercises, one right after the other, each for 30 seconds. After one round through take a 60 second break and repeat circuit 4 times.
This is so quick and effective that it takes under 30 minutes! HIIT or ‘High Intensity Interval Training’ is proven to be one of the best ways to lose fat. Dare I say, the best way.
What I’ll be showing you are the exact workouts done at our gym and our clients absolutely love, love their results, the challenge, and the way they feel after.
The best thing about HIIT workouts is that they’re quick! You only need 15-30 mins a day. Not only are you burning a great deal of calories during your workout but your body is put in “After Burn” meaning you burn calories 12-18 hours after your workout! It’s the training that i try doing 4-5 times a week.
My biggest pet peeve is people who think they need to be in the gym for 1 or 2 hours a day. You’re doing your body more harm than good by doing that?!?!?!?

Seriously no excuse not to work out!! I love this workout!! I also did your glute and butt workout yesterday and loved that one too! My butt and abs are my goal areas after being lazy for 7 years and having two babies 🙂
