Today’s workout is a highly requested no equipment workout feat. upper body. You can feel free to hold 2-5 lbs in each hand if you have access to dumbbells for a large portion of this workout, but you don’t need to. It was designed for no equipment. Make sure to do this on a surface that is soft and supportive to support your wrists.
Arms + Abs Workout / No Equipment
Repeat circuit 4-5x. Since we aren’t using weights or doing much cardio I would say 5x is appropriate. Rest when needed but preferably only after each round for about 60-90 seconds.
Repeat exercises one right after the other. In the video I demonstrate everything as well as modified versions for beginners.
