Arms and Abs Workout No Equipment

    Katy tried these exercises (no weights) this morning. Loved them! As you know in rural areas it’s not an option to run to the gym. Thanks Dawn

    HEY GIRL!

    Would you consider this one a HIIT workout as well?? I’m always confused on what makes it HIIT and what doesn’t haha and post vacation, I need some HIIT 🙂

    Yes! I would consider it HIIT. What makes a workout HIIT, is short bursts of exercise that get your heart rate up and active rests that bring it back down. And back and forth for the 30 minutes! So I would go hard on exercises like push up with jack, tricep dips, front plank with ab twist and then take a controlled slower pace to for the other ones!
