I’m excited to bring more Upper Body Workouts to the blog & YouTube. I aim for toned, strong and lean arms. To achieve that, we lift the weights and put them down, my friends.
This workout is a dumbbells only workout, I would recommend buying some weights to have at home. Incorporating weights with HIIT workouts is what will really give you a lean, strong body. Your endurance and stamina will increase greatly! Whohoo! Win-win.
We’re aiming for lower weight and more reps with this workout.
Repeat this circuit 4 times and you have yourself a great upper body burn. I say 15-20 reps depending on your fitness level. If you’re just starting out aim for 12-15. Add some jumping jacks, high knees, burpees, butt kickers, jump rope, etc for 1 minute between each round for an added challenge if you need to. Let me know how this goes for you!
