Today we’re working out in St. Lucia!
St. freaking Lucia! This place was unbelievable and I can’t wait for you to see its beauty. Over the course of the next few weeks I’ll be sharing our honeymoon there! Be on the lookout for those.

Today’s Workout: traveling, at home or in the gym
Lunges 20 reps each leg
Push Ups 20 reps
Dips 20 reps
Mountain Climbers 20 reps
Box Jumps 20 reps
Box Step Ups W/ Ab Twist 20 reps each leg
REPEAT 3-4x
