I’m so excited to share this Full Body Burn! You’ll love this workout. I was sweating almond butter the entire time. It’s the perfect way to end the week.
If you workout from home I would recommend getting some light weights to have for workouts like this. Adding weight to your workout routine will burn more calories and replace fat with muscle.
