I just didn’t feel like waiting until Friday to share this Full Body Workout. This whole workout is done on a box. Or if you’re at home, you can use a chair! Yes, a chair. You don’t have to be at the gym for a great workout.
This workout will get your heart rate up like crazy. I’ve got you targeting your entire body which will burn a ton of calories. A crowd favorite! If any of these exercises are too hard, let me know! I have a modification for all.
