What a dreary day! This Monday has been full of rain, coffee, and of course a sweaty workout. If you’ve been around the blog for awhile, you know that I love a sweaty workouts that require no equipment and only 30 minutes of your time.
This workout will get your heart rate up and work every muscle in your body. A true win-win in my book.

Repeat circuit 4-5x. It took me 6-7 minutes per round with a 90-second break in between each round. (4 round took me to 30 minutes, plan for longer if you choose to do 5.)
Each exercise should be repeated one right after the other with zero rest. Refer to the video for a demonstration of exercises, including modifications.
