Happy Monday! If you haven’t worked out yet today, I got you. This is a quick HIIT session you can do ANYWHERE. There is no excuse not to get this one done!

Perform each exercise in this circuit for 30 seconds and one after the other. Repeat each round 4x. Don’t forget to rest in between rounds for 60 seconds if you need to.
