If there is one thing I struggle with, it’s meal prep. So trust me, you’re not alone. Good news is you don’t have to meal prep to eat well or get results but it does make the process much more enjoyable knowing you have meals ready and waiting for you.
In this video, I show you how I juice and some things I’ll cook to make mealtime easier. I make breakfast every morning so there is no need to prep that. Although I work from home, having these foods already prepared allows me more time for procrastination on my computer! Ya!
