Happy Monday! I’m excited to share another workout with you. This one was in the sweet (outskirts) of San Francisco. We took the trip a few weeks ago for Jonathon’s birthday and it was amazing. That travel vlog is coming soon!
This workout is a burner as I like to call it. Of course, this can be done ANYWHERE so there is truly zero excuse. Burn fat, build muscle anywhere you are, girlfriend. It ends with a little partner finisher so grab a friend and get your health on.
